Single life male annuity with a no guarantee period provides guaranteed income payments as long as you live, but the payments stop when you die.

With a Guarantee

Single life male annuity with a guarante period provides you with guaranteed income payments for as long as you live. If you die before the guaranteed period, payments for non-registered funds can continue to the beneficiary for the balance of the guarantee period. Payments for registered funds can continue to the spouse only for the balance of the guarantee period. Otherwise any remaining funds are assessed a present day value and taxed.
